This sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents who have a valid e-mail address and are 18 years of age or older. This sweepstakes is void in any area where prohibited by law. Employees and agents, and their immediate families of newfossil.com and its subsidiaries are not eligible.

Users will get one entry in the sweepstakes by registering with newfossil.com. The monthly sweepstakes begins on the first of each month at 12:00am U.S. Central Time. All newly registered individual users for the current month must be received by 11:59pm U.S. Central Time on the last day of each month.

WINNER SELECTION and PRIZE: On or about the first of each month, one winning e-mail address will be chosen randomly by newfossil.com from all eligible entries from the preceding month. The first eligible e-mail address chosen will win the grand prize of a $100 Visa Gift Card from newfossil.com. Odds of winning depend on the eligible number of entries. Prizes will be awarded to the registered account holder at the time of the drawing.

The winner will be notified by e-mail within seven days of the drawing. If newfossil.com is unable to reach the winner via the initial notification e-mail, an alternate winner may be selected.

All federal, state and local taxes, license and all other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

No alternative prize or other substitution is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
